Business is human

Thanks to Holger Nauheimer, who introduced us last week during Matthias zur Bonsen‘s learnforum to the fascinating world of “twitter”, “blogs” and “wiki”, I finally decided to start my own blog.

“You are what you share”, said Holger. I just love this quote )

So I decided to share my insights into the human dimension of business, which is my passion since I started my business life in 1975.  

We developped with JPB a proven and reliable concept, the mentalmerger(R) process. One of the particularties of this process is, that we are working with the metaphor of the “emotional viruses”, inducing a “mental pollution” in companies and organzitions. As this approach is very successful, especially with big international companies, I want to boost this concept by sharing it with confirmed and inspired consultants all over the world.

I’ll write about my consultancy experience, share articles, links, pictures and movies relating to all I call the “business is human-matter”. You can allready find a lot of informations on our homepage he2be, the company I founded in Lausanne / Switzerland in 2008 and on JPB‘s homepage, a company I founded in 1984 and which is lead by my french associate Pierre de Bartha.

Ich werde hauptsächlich in deutsch (meiner Muttersprache) schreiben.

De temps en temps, je vais aussi écrire en français, puisqu’en 30 ans de vie en France, le français est devenu ma 2è langue.
