<p>Aus den Veranstaltungen und Konferenzen der letzten Monate wissen wir, dass viele bereits gespannt auf die Veröffentlichung warten. Nicht nur unsere Kunden, sondern auch zahlreiche KollegInnen haben uns ein begeistertes Feed-back zu unserem Ansatz gegeben, wie man mit der Metapher der emotionalen Viren harte Change-Situationen abmildern und Unternehmen zur mentalen Stärke führen kann. <p>Denn, und dies ist auch Teil eines Kapitels des Buches, viele stehen dem Thema „Emotionen in Unternehmen“ immer noch skeptisch oder gar ablehnend gegenüber. Dabei kann man die „Softfacts“ genauso professionell und strukturiert angehen, wie dies bei Sachthemen getan wird. Das zeigen wir im Buch anhand vieler Praxisbeispiele und mit anschaulichen wissenschaftlichen Beispielen auf.</p>
<p>Getreu unserem Motto: „We are what we share“ kam uns dann die Idee, einfach unsere Kunden und Partner zu bitten uns zu helfen, einen prägnanten Titel zu finden. Denn wer könnte uns ein besseres Feed-back geben, als diejenigen, an die sich dieses Buch richtet, nämlich SIE!</p>

Unsere Methode erlaubt eine genaue und professionelle Bestandsaufnahme der unterliegenden Strömungen. Sie eignet sich optimal zur Erfassung, Strukturierung und Visualisierung der immateriellen Realität einer Organisation und funktioniert sowohl in großen Fusionen als auch in kleinen Projektteams, national und international.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Programm zum Workshop auf dem <a title="Lernforum" href="http://www.all-in-one-spirit.de/sem/seminarLF.htm" target="_blank">Lernforum Großgruppenarbeit</a> Januar 2010</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Seitdem selbst IBM in einer <a title="IBM_Studie" href="http://www-935.ibm.com/services/us/gbs/bus/pdf/gbe03100-usen-03-making-change-work.pdf" target="_blank">aktuellen Studie</a> mit 1.500 internationalen Managern die Softfacts zelebriert (Kernaussage <em>“Surprisingly the softstuff is hard!“</em>), kann man mit Fug und Recht behaupten, dass es nicht mehr notwendig ist, führende Manager und Meinungsbildner von der immensen Bedeutung der Softfacts und vom Sinn einer Maßnahme im Unternehmen zu überzeugen. Sagen diese doch selbst mehrheitlich in der gleichen Studie, dass das größte Hindernis in Change-Projekten die „<em>Veränderung der geistigen Einstellung und des Verhaltens der Mitarbeiter“ </em>(<em>„mindset and behaviour“</em>) ist. Allerdings sind den meisten Entscheidungsträgern die angewandten Methoden im Bereich der Softfacts noch suspekt. Zu breit ist die Ergebnispalette, die von „über Erwarten sinnvoll, aufrüttelnd und effektiv“ bis „schlimmer als erwartet oberflächlich und fern der Praxis“ reicht.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Wir glauben daher, dass wir als professionelle Begleiter von Change-Projekten weniger den SINN unserer Tätigkeit denn deren WERT aufzeigen müssen. Der Markt verlangt nach effektiven Methoden und Werkzeugen, die es erlauben, die emotionale Seite der Organisation, von uns als „<em>immaterielle Realität“ </em>bezeichnet, genauso professionell zu behandeln, wie man es auf der Hardfacts-Seite gewohnt ist.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Die Methode der Bestandsaufnahme der Wahrnehmungen auf der Grundlage der Metapher der <em>„emotionalen Viren“</em> erfüllt genau diese Anforderung.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Ein einmaliges Experiment und gleichzeitig eine Premiere: Wir wollen das Forum mit seinen 150 Teilnehmern nutzen, um das Konzept für alle Teilnehmer lebendig werden zu lassen. Die Herausforderung besteht darin, in kurzer Zeit selbst emotionale Viren aufzudecken und zu visualisieren. Die Teilnehmer schlagen typische Konfliktgruppen in ihrem eigenen Umfeld vor. Im Idealfall sind sogar solche Konfliktgruppen im Raum. Zum Beispiel emotionale Viren zwischen:</p>

<p>So I decided to share my insights into the <strong>human dimension of business</strong>, which is my passion since I started my business life in 1975.   <span id="more-4"></span></p>
<p>We developped with <a title="JPB" href="http://www.jpb.net" target="_blank">JPB</a> a proven and reliable concept, the <strong><a title="mentalmerger" href="http://www.mentalmerger.net" target="_blank">mentalmerger</a>(R) process</strong>. One of the particularties of this process is, that we are working with the metaphor of the <strong>&#8220;emotional viruses&#8221;</strong>, inducing a <strong>&#8220;mental pollution&#8221;</strong> in companies and organzitions. As this approach is very successful, especially with big international companies, I want to boost this concept by sharing it with confirmed and inspired consultants all over the world.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll write about my consultancy experience, share articles, links, pictures and movies relating to all I call the <strong>&#8220;business is human-matter&#8221;</strong>.
